Pertrix No.656
Made around 1940, in Germany. It's a very simple flashlight, without any fancy functions. That haven't got lens, or morse button, only an automatic switch, which is turn on when you turn up the lid.
The original oval, white bottomed bulb.
This type lid switch used often on the ww1 flashlights, but this Pertrix don't used in the great war. Never used any Pertrix flashlights in the first world war, because the Pertrix factory was founded near end of the war, in 1917.
If you don't open the lid compleatly, with this gap light will be able to reading a map, write a note, or do something else hidden in the dark...

When you close down, the back part of the lid lifting and interrupts the circuit, the light is turn off.
